Stock up on a variety
of frozen fruit with NO SUGAR added which can be found where the frozen
vegetables are at your local supermarket. You can find mango, pineapple,
blueberry, strawberry-banana, tropical fruit, sweet cherries, mixed fruit and
others. You will also need a box of Stevia natural sweetener. You can use fat
free or low fat milk. In your blender, pour 1 cup of frozen fruit, add some
